FESTIVE CLOWNS FOR BALLOON SCULPTURES & FACE PAINTING
*Face painting is on any part of the body, not just the face. Some like it on their hands or arms.
Festive clowns are for events where there are more children than the average birthday party. Events like grand openings, picnics and street fairs. these clowns normally stay in one place and do only face painting (at about 20 paintings per hour) and/or balloon sculptures (at about 45-50 per hour). Our rates for festive clowns are:

Our Birthday Party Quality Clowns have the ability to do bubbles or a short children's magic show, make balloon sculptures, face paint and play games with the children. The skills actually performed are dependent upon the number of children and the amount of time scheduled.
Up to 10 children can receive all skills during a 1 hour party.
11 to 15 children can receive all skills during a 1½ hour party.
16 to 20 children can receive all skills during a 2 hour party.
As an example, if 15 children are present at a 1 hour party, 1 skill will be dropped.
